These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wallet Today’s digital wallet services, including any mobile applications, websites, or related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you:

Are legally competent to enter into this agreement;
Meet any age or legal requirements necessary to use the Services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. What Wallet Today Is

Wallet Today is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. This means that Wallet Today does not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, mnemonic phrases, or digital assets. You retain full control at all times. Wallet Today only provides the software tools enabling you to interact with supported blockchain networks.

3. Your Responsibilities

Control and Security of Keys:
You are exclusively responsible for the creation, secure storage, and protection of any private keys, mnemonic phrases, and other access credentials associated with your Wallet Today wallet. Loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of these credentials can lead to irreversible loss of access to your digital assets.

No Recovery Service:
We do not store your private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords. We cannot restore or recover your assets, wallet access, or credentials under any circumstances.

User Conduct:
You agree to use the Services legally and ethically. You must not:

Use the Services for illegal activities such as fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other prohibited activities;
Impersonate others, interfere with the Services, or attempt to access another user’s wallet;
Introduce harmful software or attempt reverse engineering of Wallet Today.

4. Third-Party Services

The Services may connect you to third-party decentralized applications (“DApps”), exchanges (“DEXs”), staking services, or other external providers.

Wallet Today does not control, endorse, or guarantee the performance of third-party services.
Any interaction with third-parties is at your own risk.
Fees, availability, and terms of third-party services are determined solely by those providers.

5. Transactions & Blockchain Networks

All transactions you initiate through Wallet Today are processed directly on the relevant blockchain network. Blockchain confirmations, delays, or failures are outside our control.

You acknowledge that:

Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible;
Wallet Today has no control over blockchain operations or transaction finality;
Wallet Today does not hold or transmit your digital assets.

6. Fees and Payments

Wallet Today itself does not charge a usage fee for the wallet software. Blockchain network transaction fees, third-party service fees, and any applicable charges are determined by the respective network or provider and are your responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

Wallet Today and all its software, content, and trademarks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallet Today is not liable for:

Losses due to user error, unauthorized access, malware, device loss, or credential compromise;
Blockchain network failures, node outages, or transaction issues;
Third-party service issues, fees, or losses experienced via external interactions;
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and fulfilling all tax obligations related to your use of the Services and digital asset transactions. Wallet Today does not collect, withhold, or remit taxes on your behalf.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Notice of updates may be provided through the Wallet Today platform or by other reasonable means. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
